Love love this little cafe! We've been for breakfast a lot and the food is always excellent, especially the biscuits of course. We've had omelets, Benedicts, pancakes and our fav is the Basic just eggs, potatoes or grits and biscuit. The atmosphere is great and the folks who work there are absolutely the best! We never miss it when in IOP!

Cash only, but ATM on site. Pretty small restaurant, expect to wait a bit for a table. Food is good & service is efficient - you'll be in and out pretty quickly! Solid pre-beach breakfast

This spot in downtown Digby NS was quite the find! Great atmosphere and great food! At our table of four we ordered two haddock chowders and two cheese and chicken soups which were all flavorful and delicious. We also got our soups with a half sandwich which ranged from tuna to egg salad to ham. I had the ham, which was also great! We did not end up ordering dessert, but I did tack on a latte which was balanced and well prepared as well. A great spot in Digby, do not miss!

I brought the family here for an early morning breakfast. We got there when it opened so it was not busy and we waited just a minute to be seated. The menu is vast and you certainly can choose something that you like. The service was very good and the restaurant was clean. Blueberry walnut French toast was amazing. I heard it was a local favorite and it certainly is delicious. All the menu items we ordered were very good and I highly recommend stopping here but try and get here early to avoid the later crowd.

Cute little beach cafe with seating inside and outside. The hostess stand is right at the door which I missed so you wait there to be seated. It was busy when we went for brunch on a Saturday but got seated pretty quickly. Our waitress was super friendly. I had ordered a build your own omelette with bacon, ham, peppers, and tomatoes, no cheese with home fries and a biscuit. My husband ordered the french toast on cinnamon brown sugar bread. Unfortunately, they put cheese in mine and added onions but since we were on a time crunch my husband and I just switched plates. The waitress was very apologetic though and offered me a banana bread to go for free which was really nice. The french toast was very good and it came with fruit. I munched on some of the home fries and the biscuit was yummy. My husband said the omelette was good! CASH ONLY!

Seabiscuit Cafe is a favorite of mine when I'm in the Isle of Palms area. Due to the smallee size of the cafe and limited tables chances are you'll have to submit your name for the waitlist but service is swift and efficient. There is outdoor seating and benches for those waiting for their tables so not to worry. Drink in the salt air as you are yards away from the Atlantic Ocean. Soups, salads, burgers are on the menu of course so everyone will be happy. By the way~ breakfast all day here for those who find themselves craving midday egg plate and hash brown plate! I love the ambience of the place too~ like a little coastal cottage that fits in perfectly with the beachy atmosphere that is uniquely Isle of Palms. Nautical items and mermaids dot the walls-- adding to the rustic "beach cafe" setting. A great pre- beach day stop if you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast and you'll find yourself retuning every time!
